Is it their screen resolution? Is it their browser? If I wanted it to look the same on everyone's computers(or just most computers) how would I do that? Just make it small enough for everyone?

its all messed up.
So yeah.
Its probably the browser.

its the browsers. firefox shows everything correctly but some things like cursors only work in internet explorer :D
