The greatest concern is for businesses and large corporations. You'll be fine. Micorsoft has already released a patch to address this:

As long as you have Automatic Updates enabled, you've already received this patch, so, no worries.

nope.....just reset your clock!!
You seem to have been able to use your computer to ask this question, so I guess there's no problem! Thanks for the demonstration.
no, just adjust your ol' puter
I have windows XP and my computer rolled over to Daylight Savings time just fine. Computers not more than 4 - 5 years old should be fine. On older computers one may have to change the time manually by going to Control Panel.
Most should update without a problem
They update alone, if they have to. Computers adapt - humans are the ones needing to do so...in every strain of life!
No need to worry. Just update your clock.
What would not work? Change your own clock!
It will set itself automatically
Why would this year be any different from any other year? My computer has already updated itself to the new time -- same as always.
