Is there a way to keep the bookmarks on multiple computers synched?

I'm using a few different computers depending on the situation, but I use the same browsers on all of them. It is getting to be a pain whenever I try to go back to something I did before then realize it was on another computer.

It depends on which browser you use, but there are a couple of easy ways by simply having a Google account. Here's the steps for both Firefox and IE:

I know nothing about networking, but you can save your bookmarks (or Outlook address book, for that matter) to a thumb drive. Go to favourite and then Import/Export and follow the wizard for exporting bookmarks (might be handy to export cookies as well).
If you are using FireFox, they have a nice tool called Foxmarks that does this. I have used it for about a year and it works great. It syncs all your bookmarks against a master list stored on a server at periodic intervals (and you are manually sync whenever you like too).

Check it out.
no sorry, unless their on the same network, in that case you can use the public folder, but you have to enable shareing in windows network and shareing center
Try an online bookmark organiser such as del.icio.us
Use an online bookmark organizer. Here are some of them:
