We are connected to the internet, but we can't connect to other computers on the network. Can y

I work in a small office. We have three computers (two desktop and one laptop). Due to the layout, the printers are both connected to one desktop.

We can all connect to the internet with no problems, but as of yesterday afternoon, we are no longer able to connect to the other computers (shared files, printer, etc).

I have run the network set up wizard twice on all the computers trying to get it to work, but without success. Any ideas or suggestions on what I can do to correct this?

Hi ashley, the problem is not from your system over there but from the internet service provider.if you want to know this, contact them and ask,am saying this bcos over here we are using eight desktop systems just from a server even though we pay more than normal. This was due to what we demanded for.ask also for your service modifications.

it depends on how you're connected
yes call an IT professional.
What OS versions are running on the systems? If it is XP check and make sure your File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks and the Client for Microsoft Networks are activated in the properties of each computer. If these have somehow been altered your network will still be able to connect to the internet, but will not be able to communicate with each other.
